Title: TEMP Inventory Clerk
Pay: $25
Location: Hanover, MA

Invoice Processing & Issuance: Generate and distribute daily customer invoices by accurately reviewing shipping documents, including bills of lading (BOLs) and purchase orders.

Inventory & Shipping Verification: Work closely with production and shipping teams to reconcile packing slips and BOLs, ensuring all items, quantities, and freight weights match shipment details prior to invoicing.

Order Accuracy & Customer Coordination: Collaborate with customer service to validate purchase orders and confirm correct shipping destinations, ensuring accurate billing, tax application, and order details while preventing disputes.

Logistics & Shipping Coordination: Partner with logistics and dispatch teams to track daily shipments, ensuring timely document processing and smooth workflow to support on-time deliveries.
